Description

The project is an approximate 80,000 GSF addition to the existing 175,000 GSF Hermann Science Center. The total scope for this project is roughly $80MM for the construction of a building addition and limited renovations to the existing building, and construction of site amenities and improvements. The scope of this bid is limited to the BP27A bid package as defined by the sample subcontract included in the bid documents. The project excludes prevailing wage rates and includes sales tax.
