The pre-proposal meeting will start outside of the Welcome Center in the visitor parking spots adjacent to building. The meeting will start at 9:00 am and consist of site visits to the waste and recycling locations on campus and at the dorms. The pre-proposal meeting is optional, but contractors and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the meeting to check and verify existing conditions and sites before submitting a bid. Bidders should notify via email, Holly Vasquez Procurement Services Manager, vasquezh1@nku.edu of their intent to attend/not attend the pre-proposal.
