Description

Northern Kentucky University is seeking a Contractor to provide all materials, labor, tools, supervision, and equipment required to complete the replacement the condensate pump and associated hydronic system modifications. The project also includes the replacement of select valves and limited demolition. The replacement of the heat exchanger will be bid as an Alternate. At minimum, the heat exchanger will be relocated to a higher elevation to allow the condensate receiver to be located on the floor of the mechanical room rather than is a sump pit.
